It is important to get your car insured

A few months ago, I blogged about the importance of getting an insurance policy for your vehicle.  It is imperative, especially with our unpredictable weather.

You can get insurance policies from your car dealers, they usually also have partner insurance services.  I processed the insurance policy of my car at the same car dealer and branch where I bought it. All you need to do is submit the necessary documentation to them and they will complete it for you.

If you're motorist from the State of Arizona, in the USA, with its long stretches of road, and harsh weather conditions, you should better get yourself an Arizona auto insurance .  I advise you to ask policies that include coverage for "Acts of God" - just in case. At least you'll be able to travel not worrying about that.

If you're going for cheap car insurance az, you can also check online for auto insurance rates az and other pertinent information about how to get insurance for your vehicles.

World's Largest Rodent Grossed me out

Have you ever seen that cutesy movie called Ratatouille? I had several tries before I was finally able to stomach watching a rat cooking food. I find whole concept revolting.

About a month ago, I caught this rat in our ceiling. It's a real rat. It gnawed a hole in my partition wall! Now can you imagine this rat moving around in your chef's hat? Cooking food in a fancy restaurant? That just makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand. Lol!

Think THAT's gross? Then you have to see this next photo...

"Song of Joseph” at the CCP on March 7

Last December, I invited you to watch a musical called "Song of Joseph" as a wonderful pre-Christmas show to watch.  Now, during the Lenten Season, it is only fitting to have another staging of this musical - the first original Filipino full-length musical on St. Joseph.

Books and lyrics by Fides Cuyugan-Asensio, music by the husband and wife tandem of Raymond and Mar Jeannelle Roldan.

Catch the one night only show on March 7, 2010, 3:00 PM at the Cultural Center of the Philippines.
For tickets, call Ticketworld at 891-9999.

"Earning 10 in 2010" - Feb 2010 Online Earnings update!

I've been known to be slightly obsessive, or to put it in light - highly determined - and so when I set that $10 a month goal for myself last month, I really focused on achieving it. (Hey no laughing at my measly earnings! Lol.) I am also writing about this to inspire my online and offline friends to also try and monetize their online interactions.

Earning 10 in 2010

I would describe myself as highly inexperienced in terms of anything and everything about earning on the internet.  I also feel terribly intimidated by the $200/month or $300/month (and even Php1 Million/month!) blog earnings being thrown around in the blogosphere by a lot of bloggers.  I have not really focused much on earning online through my blog or through Twitter - plus, I run a personal blog - not exactly a huge traffic blog, but now trying to earn a little bit to at least pay for my domain name and my internet connection sounds logical.

Now, $10 a month to me is more than sufficient - it covers my internet bills and my annual domain payments which together costs about $110.00/year. I feel going for higher than that would entail more effort than I can give and more time than I wish to provide for blogging. :p

January was slightly below target - $9.71, which at no effort, was actually quite optimistic. For February 2010 though, my monthly earnings shot up to over $40. I've exceeded my target! And I must say, it was quite exhilirating and sort of addicting haha! Where did it all come from? Read on...

Imagine yourself on a Luxury Cruise Ship...

Imagine yourself on a 10-day luxury Caribbean cruise...

You saved up all year for this, and now you're walking up the ramp to go on board - it's your first time and you're feeling a bit shy, but attempting to look confident. A gentleman in a dark suit greets you, "Welcome, Sir!" and hands you a glass of champagne. With a bubbly in one hand and your sunglasses in the other, you smile - the trip is off to a great start...

Remembering Paris

I was in Paris, France in November of 2004.

I remember the weather was nice despite it being so cold - I wasn't used to 7degC-at-noon days.  I remember the long French bread that sticks out of the paper bags of grocers, and the wonderful cobblestone roads.

I remember we stayed at probably the best aparment Paris can offer - not because it was extravagant or anything of the sort, but because it was with a very accommodating French lady lawyer called Marie. She was our gracious host during our stay in Paris.
